We currently ship from Germany.

Production time:
Most Scailar pieces are made to order. Please allow up to 14 calendar days for production after payment confirmation. Shipping time is additional to production time.

Order processing:
Once your jewelry piece has been completed and passed quality inspection, your order will be prepared for shipment.

Shipping within Germany:
Standard shipping: 3–5 business days
Express shipping: 1–2 business days

European Union shipping:
Standard international shipping usually takes 3–7 business days, depending on the destination country.

International shipping:
International delivery times may vary depending on the destination, customs processing and local carriers.

Shipping costs:
Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout before payment.

Customs and import duties:
For orders outside the European Union, customers may be responsible for customs duties, import taxes or additional fees required by their country.

Lost or delayed packages:
