Before you enquire

Can I request a repair for jewelry bought elsewhere?

Yes. We welcome enquiries for jewelry from other stores, as well as Scailar pieces. Acceptance depends on the material, condition and work required.

Do I need a receipt?

A purchase receipt is not required to submit an assessment enquiry. For a Scailar piece, an order number can help us identify it.

How much will it cost and how long will it take?

This depends on the piece and the proposed work. We will discuss assessment arrangements, the quote and timing with you before proceeding.
