Care for your jewelry

A few gentle habits can help protect your jewelry’s finish, settings and stones.

Wear thoughtfully

Remove jewelry before activities that could bend, scratch or catch it. Keep it away from household chemicals, chlorine and abrasive products. Apply perfumes and cosmetics before putting jewelry on.

Store separately

Keep pieces in separate soft pouches or lined compartments. Fasten chains before storing them to reduce tangling.

Clean for the material

Use a clean, soft cloth for gentle surface care. Plated finishes, pearls, porous stones and treated gemstones need particular care. Do not use dips, abrasive polishing products or ultrasonic cleaners unless their suitability for the complete piece has been confirmed.

Check settings and clasps

If a stone moves, a clasp no longer closes securely or a chain is damaged, stop wearing the piece and request an assessment.
